Crop Management: Grown in gardens at Hotivella. Irrigated gardens.
Harvesting and Storage: Harvested about a week before the interview. Seeds have to be removed, because there are too many seeds and thicker skin. Would mold if not done. Indefinite treatment for storage. Stored by being cut open, removing the seed, and being dried in the sun then hung up in house.
